Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based sales professional who lives within a reasonable distance from the primary city. You will execute brand strategy, manage territory, and build strong customer relationships to maximize short- and long-term sales performance while operating within AbbVie’s code of conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in sales with 3+ years in pharma/healthcare, strong presentation skills, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five years of experience with three or more years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• Proven sales success with strong presentation skills and business acumen.
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing (Preferred).
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to access facilities in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet/exceed KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Create call plans and evaluate after-call performance to improve sales outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Plan calls to maximize access and optimize coverage in key accounts.
• Share market insights with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
