Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand vendor and end-user relationships across Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and the Dakotas. This role requires prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with truck dealer finance managers and direct clients.

You will work outside the office with an Inside Sales Manager, develop a strong pipeline, and grow dealer networks while providing excellent customer service and market insights to drive revenue

Formación

• : Four-year degree preferred.
• : 4-5 years of experience.
• : Excellent business sense and negotiation skills.
• : Strong written and verbal skills.
• : Proactive, hands-on attitude and highly organized.
• : Proficient with Excel and creating spreadsheets.
