Job summary

Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Michigan and Ohio territory. You will prospect, develop relationships with OEM truck dealer finance managers and direct clients, and expand dealer networks while collaborating with an Inside Sales Manager for deal management.

You will build a robust pipeline, price financing solutions, and coordinate with credit teams to fund new loans and leases, while growing existing accounts through regular in-person

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of four to five years’ experience.
• Excellent business sense, negotiation skills, time management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Must be highly organized and able to communicate across departments.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet creation.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new vendor and direct clients by networking, cold calling, and meetings.
• Develop a robust pipeline of transactions.
• Price and structure financing solutions.
• Coordinate with credit and documentation teams to approve, document and fund loans and leases.
• Grow and retain existing accounts with regular face-to-face meetings.
• Cultivate new key customer relationships to increase sales opportunities and revenue.
