HIWIN Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow our presence in the Kansas City area. The role focuses on selling motion-control solutions to OEMs and industrial customers while building and strengthening customer relationships across Missouri and Kansas, with significant travel up to 60% of the time.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 3-5 years in technical sales within motion control or related industries, plus strong communication and CRM skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers.
• Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO or KS.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Sell technical motion-control solutions to OEMs and industrial customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
• Represent HIWIN at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
