HIWIN Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow presence in Southern California, particularly San Diego and Orange County. This field role combines technical sales with relationship-building to drive new business across OEMs and industrial customers.

The right candidate has 3–5 years in technical sales, a engineering degree, and strong CRM/presentation skills, with willingness to travel up to 60% and reside in the designated counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers
• Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%
• Must reside in San Diego County or Orange County
