Essentra is hiring a Regional Sales Manager - New Business Development to cover the Central territory from a home office in the United States. You will identify new business, manage client relationships, and close deals with OEMs and end customers, traveling up to 75% within the Midwest.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years outside sales in industrial components, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and the ability to prospect new business. Some travel to Schaumburg, IL may be required for training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling industrial components.
• Strong negotiation skills with sales, pricing, contracts.
• Able to travel up to 50-75% within the region, including overnight trips.

Responsabilités

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Schedule appointments with key decision makers to develop new business.
• Travel within the territory to meet potential customers and close deals.
