Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the Midwest region. This remote US role leads institutional sales teams, shapes regional strategies, and partners with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance and compliance.

You will mentor Institutional Business Managers, implement next-gen action plans, and drive CRM adoption while ensuring product messaging aligns with ACE platform and market access teams. Travel-heavy, strategic leadership required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, including field sales management and product launch experience as a representative and sales leader.
• Expertise in multi-channel sales optimization with strong pharmacy-related success.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; can translate goals into objectives.
• Knowledge of PhRMA Code and regulatory environment; compliance focus.
• Willingness to travel ~75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management, coaching, and leadership to Institutional Business Managers (sales reps).
• Develop and implement regional business plans and next-gen actions.
• Execute overall strategy and direction for the Institutional Franchise.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to optimize field-force alignment.
• Drive new ideas and execution for customer engagements using virtual and in-person selling.
• Build a high-performing, diverse team and retain top talent.
• Lead training to ensure product knowledge and selling skills; ensure reporting accuracy.
