Job summary

Colesco is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Midwest from Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on, full-cycle role targets new account acquisition, dormant account reactivation, and expansion through cross-selling between valves, instrumentation, pumps and fluid control solutions.

The ideal candidate will thrive on prospecting, be comfortable with field visits and inside quotes, and own opportunities from initial contact to purchase order. Travel is expected 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial sales or business development.
• Experience in fluid control, industrial equipment, or process systems preferred.
• Strong prospecting discipline and territorial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts across Midwest, prospect on site and via cold calling.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers through cross-selling.
• Prepare quotes, manage pricing, and coordinate orders with manufacturers and vendors.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity tracking.
