Job summary

Colesco Inc. is seeking a hunter minded Sales Engineer to aggressively grow our sales in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Missouri. This hands-on, full cycle sales role focuses on new account acquisition, reactivation of dormant accounts, and expansion of existing customers through cross selling.

Role includes approximately 50% outside sales and 50% inside sales, with travel 2 to 3 days per week within the Midwest. Reports to the General Manager and is based in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial sales or business development experience.
• Experience in fluid control, industrial equipment, or process systems is preferred.
• CRM experience with maintaining records and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Territory Growth: prospect and develop new accounts across the Midwest territory; conduct cold calling, site visits, and territory planning.
• Account Reactivation & Expansion: re-engage inactive accounts; cross-sell valves, instrumentation, pumps, and fluid control solutions.
• Sales Execution & Inside Sales: prepare technical information, manage quotations and pricing; own opportunities from quote to purchase order; coordinate lead times and orders; maintain CRM records and forecasts.
