Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midwest territory. The role focuses on increasing revenue by leveraging relationships, penetrating existing accounts, and prospecting new ones in the biopharma testing space.

You will generate new business in the small molecule sector, conduct in-person client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to advance opportunities, while mentoring colleagues on the Inside Business Development team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling for a service company in the pharmaceutical sector – CDMO, CRO, or CTO.
• Recent field travel and in-person client meetings experience.
• Strong scientific acumen and capacity to learn new technical information.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue target for the Midwest territory by leveraging relationships to penetrate existing accounts and prospect new accounts.
• Generate new business in the small molecule sector in line with market focus and lab capacity.
• Identify and secure opportunities through face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations.
• Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues on the Inside Business Development team.
