Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Midwest market, covering IL, CO, MN, MO and surrounding states. You will leverage existing relationships and prospect new accounts within the research, development, and manufacturing sectors to expand our bio/pharma testing services.

The role requires field travel, in-person client meetings, strong scientific acumen, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• Experience selling for a service company in the pharma sector – CDMO, CRO, or CTO.
• Recent field travel and in-person client meetings.
• Strong scientific acumen and capacity to learn new technical information.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue target for Midwest by leveraging relationships and penetrating accounts.
• Generate new business in the small molecule sector.
• Identify and secure opportunities through face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations.
• Work across the organization to advance opportunities
• Mentor Inside Business Development team
