BD is a leading global medical technology company. The Account Executive, Community and Small Hospital Accounts drives Pharmacy Automation sales across AR, IL, IA, LA, MN, MO and WI by building trusted relationships with pharmacy directors and hospital leaders.

You will manage the full RxA sales process, develop territory plans, and create business cases to deliver measurable value, ROI, and improved workflow within a defined geographic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5 years of proven sales experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience developing new accounts and expanding relationships within a territory.
• Strong ability to engage hospital leaders and business decision-makers.
• CRM software and MS Office experience required.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
• Pharmacy automation or medication management experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver license with 3 years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on community and small hospitals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build relationships with pharmacy directors and hospital executives.
• Understand customer needs and decision timelines; tailor value messaging.
• Position BD Pharmacy Automation solutions for ROI and workflow impact.
• Create and present business cases; manage the sales process end-to-end.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support account opportunities.
• Negotiate agreements and close opportunities to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update quarterly territory plans.
