Job summary

BD seeks an Account Executive for Community and Small Hospital Accounts to drive Pharmacy Automation sales across MI, IN, OH, WV, KY, and TN. You will develop new relationships, expand existing accounts, and show how BD solutions improve medication management, workflow efficiency, and financial performance.

You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, build trust with pharmacy directors and hospital leaders, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare, capital equipment, pharmacy automation, or related sales.
• Ability to engage hospital leaders and translate value into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on community and small hospital accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy directors and hospital leaders.
• Understand customer needs and timelines; communicate value and ROI.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Maintain CRM records and develop account plans for targets.
