Candidates will develop new business, manage accounts, and travel within the Midwest, leveraging CRM tools and a consultative, science-based approach to sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to learn technical products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with new and existing laboratory customers throughout the Midwest territory.
• Drive territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and customer activity through a CRM platform.
• Collaborate with internal sales and customer support teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and on-site visits to strengthen partnerships and close business.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations, industry events, and throughout the sales process.
