Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Sales Representative for the Western United States, with a life sciences background. The program targets recent graduates or early-career professionals to build technical sales and business development skills.

You will join a structured graduate sales program, receive training and coaching, and advance relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers while learning laboratory and bioprocess solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training and development program.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the Western U.S.
• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Learn and communicate technical information related to laboratory and bioprocess products.
• Support existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional products and solutions.
• Conduct customer presentations, product discussions, and sales meetings.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure strong customer experiences.
• Identify new market opportunities and share insights with internal teams.
• Manage sales activities, pipeline development, and opportunities through CRM.
• Work toward achieving and exceeding territory sales objectives.
• Develop the knowledge and sales skills for long-term career growth within the organization.
