Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is actively seeking a Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing life sciences organization in the Midwest. This graduate sales program offers structured training, coaching, and hands-on experience while engaging with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, research, and laboratory clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales, customer-facing, laboratory, or industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training and development program to build technical sales and business development skills.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the Midwest U.S.
• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative, solution-focused selling.
• Learn and communicate technical information related to laboratory and bioprocess products.
• Support existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional products and solutions.
• Conduct customer presentations, product discussions, and sales meetings.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, technical, and customer support teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Identify new market opportunities and share customer insights with internal teams.
• Manage sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline development, and opportunities through CRM.
• Work toward achieving and exceeding territory sales objectives.
• Develop knowledge, relationships, and sales skills for long-term career growth within the organization.
