Travel across the region is required to build executive relationships and deliver cross-selling opportunities that extend product lines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior account management or sales role.
• Experience in rigid industrial packaging products.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key strategic accounts across the Midwest region.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new product introductions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and margin objectives.
