Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee energy-related customer programs, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with leadership, manage complex programs, and drive performance in a hybrid Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN setting.

You will report to the leadership team and work with Honeywell Building Automation to provide safe, energy-efficient, sustainable building solutions while guiding program health and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management within energy/building automation with ESPC or EPC delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with goals.
• Knowledge of risk management and issue resolution in PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of complex energy programs on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Align programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for success.
• Provide leadership to program teams and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report performance metrics to senior management.
