Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee the execution of energy-related customer programs across multiple locations. The role is based in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN with a hybrid work schedule, reporting to the leadership team.

You will drive program performance, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and deliver high-quality results for complex ESPC/EPC energy projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or related roles in energy/building automation
• Strong leadership and team management of complex programs
• Excellent strategic thinking to align programs with goals
• Strong program management methodologies including risk/issue resolution
• Experience coordinating programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain health and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for success and stakeholder satisfaction
• Provide leadership to program teams and foster continuous improvement and innovation
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management
