Honeywell is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and deliver complex energy programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and customer requirements. You will report to leadership and work in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include guiding program execution, mitigating risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving performance to achieve business goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in program management in energy/building automation
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee complex programs
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with goals
• Solid understanding of program management principles including risk/issue management
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix org

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management
