Honeywell Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) will lead and oversee energy programs, driving performance to meet objectives and customer requirements while aligning with strategic goals. Hybrid work from Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN with leadership reporting to the top team.

The role requires 8+ years in energy/program management, strong leadership, and ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders; base salary 170k-213k USD and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or related energy/building automation roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for complex programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving aligned to business goals.
• Knowledge of program management principles, risk and issue resolution.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure success and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to program teams and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
