You will drive program performance, align with strategic objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering energy solutions across building automation. Strong leadership and 8+ years in program management are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within energy/building automation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for complex programs.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving aligned to business goals.
• Expertise in risk management and issue resolution in matrix environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
