Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee the execution of complex energy programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Hybrid work from Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN.

You will drive program performance, align initiatives with strategic objectives, manage risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to achieve business goals in the energy and building automation sector.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management within energy/building automation sectors.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage complex customer programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with business goals.
• Solid understanding of PM principles including risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to program teams and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
