Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 5 years in a service leadership role in a similar industry.
• With a degree, at least 3 years as a service technician or service trainer.

Aufgaben

• Lead, guide and monitor assigned Field Service Managers (FSMs) in dealer service operations support.
• Mentor the FSMs to develop working relationships with their dealers with mutual accountability and respect.
• Work with FSMs and dealers to improve customer experience of Kubota products.
• Visit dealers with FSMs to increase Kubota's representation and strengthen dealer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Division to develop National Service Strategy insights.
• Oversee Dealer Certification Achievement Plans with Regional Managers and District Sales Territory Manager.
• Monitor dealer activity and improve low dealer performance with Division Service and Sales teams.
• Oversee discretionary spending according to policy and perform Dealer Warranty Audits as needed.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training programs, seminars, and schools for Kubota dealers.
