Job summary

KIOTI Tractor is seeking a Field Service Manager (FSM) to lead dealer-network support across North America. The FSM will provide technical product expertise, covering all KIOTI lines, and will train dealers to implement best practices in aftersales, while mentoring staff to improve service outcomes.

You will conduct dealer visits on a routine calendar, evaluate performance, and report findings to KIOTI leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge across diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems and HVAC.
• Experience with dealer training, field support and quality control processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to KIOTI dealers on assembly, warranty, parts lookup and training.
• Train and coach dealers to improve aftersales processes and customer service.
• Visit dealers and provide feedback to KIOTI leadership through structured reports.
• Collaborate with Product Support and Sales teams to prioritize dealer visits and improve service quality.
• Represent KIOTI professionally during dealer events, trade shows and regional service trainings.
