Job summary

Kubota is seeking a District Field Service Manager to lead dealer service operations, mentor Field Service Managers, and drive service improvements across our dealer network. You will help shape the national service strategy and oversee training initiatives for Kubota dealers.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, customer advocacy, and strong collaboration with regional teams to enhance product support and dealer profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanics, Engineering, or related field preferred; in lieu of a degree 5 years of service leadership in a similar industry.
• With a degree at least 3 years as a service technician or service trainer in a related field.
• Mechanical knowledge of agricultural, turf, and construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and monitor assigned Field Service Managers (FSMs) in dealer service operations support.
• Mentor FSMs to develop strong dealer relationships with accountability and respect.
• Improve customer experience of Kubota products through dealer collaboration.
• Visit dealers with FSMs to strengthen Kubota representation and relationships.
• Provide field insights to guide the National Service Strategy development.
• Oversee Dealer Certification Achievement Plans with Regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor dealer activity and collaborate with Division Service and Sales to improve performance.
• Oversee discretionary spending in line with company policy.
• Coordinate Dealer Warranty Audits as needed.
• Deliver Dealer Service Business and Operational Audits via FSMs.
• Schedule and run technical training programs, seminars, and schools for dealers.
