Responsibilities

• Support daily dispatch coordination, including logistics and scheduling.
• Serve as the first point of contact for issues originating from dispatch, escalating to the Regional Manager as appropriate.
• Monitor and help enforce documentation and compliance standards.
• Assist with dispatch staff performance tracking and data entry.
