Qualifications

• Must be in good standing in their current role.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistency in job performance.
• Sound judgment in determining when to resolve an issue directly versus escalating to the Regional Manager.
• Ability to support dispatch operations across both Michigan and Illinois.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily dispatch coordination, including logistics and scheduling
• Serve as the first point of contact for issues originating from dispatch, escalating to the Regional Manager as appropriate
• Monitor and help enforce documentation and compliance standards
• Assist with dispatch staff performance tracking and data entry
• Support onboarding and training of new dispatch staff
