Job summary

Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking an Associate Customer Development Manager to drive sales of retail prepared products and optimize merchandising plans for Midwest customers. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive sales of retail prepared products to two assigned customers in the Midwest.
Optimize merchandising plans and execute actions to amplify promotions with customers.
Maintain regular engagement with customers through travel, meetings, and shows.
Collaborate with internal teams and external Brokers on category insights.
Meet AOP sales and profitability targets; manage trade fund budgets and forecasts.
Present and secure innovation with customers; provide weekly leadership updates.
Support retail execution of sales plans.
