Tyson Foods is seeking a Customer Development Manager to drive sales and growth with retailers and wholesalers across Northwest Arkansas and surrounding Southern markets. Summary: To effectively support customers, the selected candidate must reside in Northwest Arkansas or within the states of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, or Florida. The Customer Development Manager develops and executes collaborative sales strategies that drive growth and deliver business results for Tyson’s Prepared Foods portfolio and its customers. This role manages relationships with retailers and wholesalers across the Southern market, including Mitchell Grocery, Piggly Wiggly, Associated Grocers of the South, Associated Grocers Baton Rouge, and other customers. The Customer Development Manager partners with the broker and cross-functional teams—including Customer Service, Business Unit, Demand Planning, Retail Teams, and Category Insights—to align priorities, execute growth plans, to strengthen Tyson’s position as a trusted supplier.
