Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for Rack Solutions in the Great Lakes region.

You will engage end users, channel partners, and local offices to expand rack share in data centers, SLED, and enterprise environments while creating pull-through for rPDU, UPS, thermal, and services. You will lead regional go-to-market strategy, develop partner capability, and influence IT, facilities, engineering, and procurement stakeholders while managing a robust partner ecosystem

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
10+ years of sales experience in data center, IT infrastructure, or related markets.
Proven ability to manage a territory with heavy partner and end user engagement.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual media).

Responsibilities

Develop, present, and execute a strategic territory business plan for Great Lakes rack solutions.
Drive incremental revenue through channel partners, distributors, and direct end users.
Maintain balance between existing accounts and new logo acquisition (50/50).
Build and manage a healthy pipeline within CRM with local Vertiv offices and partners.
Engage executives, IT leaders, facility managers, and project teams across organizations.
Collaborate on edge compute initiatives and solution scoping with SE resources.
