Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to grow and develop dealer networks across the Midwest region. You will learn our sales and business development methodology through full training and will manage individual dealers to help their local dealerships prosper.

The role requires arranging training with dealers, frequent travel including overnights, and strong self-management from a home office within the Midwest territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products.
• Must live in Midwest territory.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and independent work capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage dealers in the Midwest territory and help their dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel required (travel paid including hotels, meals, mileage).
