Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• 2+ years of experience selling electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic valve automation solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Sales Growth to meet or exceed revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.
• Lead Commercial Strategy including regional pricing, quotes, contracts, and risk management.
• Manage Channel Partners—manufacturers, distributors, and service providers for regional growth.
• Drive Channel Performance with partner objectives, forecast accuracy, pipeline, and wins.
• Develop Customer & Partner Relationships through visits, pursuit strategies, and influence on specs.
• Expand Installed Base opportunities via replacements, modernization, and lifecycle services.
• Maintain Pipeline & CRM Accuracy for specifications, pursuits, quotes, and orders.
• Lead Forecasting & Business Planning with monthly, quarterly, and annual views and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Provide Market & Technical Insight on customer needs, trends, and regulatory changes.
• Deliver Technical Presentations & Support through workshops, demonstrations, and events.
