Emerson is seeking a Solutions Sales Manager for a fully remote role across the continental United States, with a preference for Midwest siting due to proximity to factories and customers. The role emphasizes building strategic partnerships and driving growth in industrial and factory automation markets.

You will manage large OEM and channel relationships, define scalable solutions, and lead training for partners while maintaining SFDC pipelines and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industrial sales experience.
• 5 years of experience in industrial and factory automation markets.
• Strong CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to travel ~40% with overnight stays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive Solutions sales in Americas for Fluid and Motion Control in industrial markets and achieve targets.
• Lead and grow large OEM, EPC, End User, Integrator, Channel relationships and opportunities.
• Define target accounts and unmet needs for Solutions, then specify repeatable, scalable solutions.
• Productize Solutions and develop strategic growth plans with DSMs.
• Provide training to Premier Partners and Strategic Distributors on Solutions.
• Manage and monitor Solutions pipeline in SFDC and track monthly progress.
• Forecast monthly Solutions orders and report results.
• Monitor market dynamics, competition, and opportunities.
• Assist marketing with campaigns and activity planning.
