Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive promotion and sales of Actuation Technologies within the Midwest, reporting to the Americas Sales Director. Desired locations include Kansas City, MO or KS, North or South Dakota, Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL, or Indianapolis, IN.

You will develop customer and partner relationships, lead commercial strategy, manage channel partners, and drive pipeline and forecasts while traveling up to 70% across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling actuation or valve automation solutions.
• Travel up to 70% as part of regional coverage.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through direct and channel engagement.
• Lead commercial strategy including pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage manufacturer reps, distributors, and partners to achieve growth.
• Maintain CRM accuracy for specifications, pursuits, quotations, and orders.
• Develop accurate forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
