Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Gaming Support Tech/ Midway Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators, and tech equipment while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires friendly interaction with Guests, clear communication, and ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include assisting Guests, stocking merchandise, and performing routine maintenance as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and weekends.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Provide guest service and assist Guests with requests.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and manage wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Midway games and storage areas.
