Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Gaming Support Tech. You’ll repair and maintain games and simulators, assist guests, and ensure a fun and safe midway environment. You’ll handle ticketing tasks and help with general store maintenance in a fast-paced setting.

Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends is required; experience with electrical basics is a plus. A friendly demeanor and strong communication are essential to keep guests satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Able to read and write handwritten notes.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games; secure ticket storage areas.
• Provide accurate service and information to Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Keep Midway areas clean, organized, and up to standard.
• Support daily merchandise stocking, inventory, and display upkeep.
