Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a Midway Tech/Gaming Support Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators and tech equipment. You will assist Guests, ensure game readiness, and help keep the Midway area clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment, stocking merchandise, and communicating with Managers to resolve issues. Must be 18+, flexible schedule, and able to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and good communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games.
• Assist Guests and maintain optimal game conditions.
• Provide timely service and manage wait times for Guests and Team Members.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise in storage areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of Midway games and tech room.
