Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a Gaming Support Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment while delivering excellent guest service. You will also assist Guests and help keep the Midway area in top condition, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, and includes opportunities to work with a team in a dynamic, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work off an extension ladder.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment, games, and simulators as directed.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the Midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure ticket storage areas.
• Provide timely and accurate service while minimizing wait times and communicating with Guests and Team Members.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist in multiple job functions.
