Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and equipment while assisting guests and ensuring great guest experiences.

You will engage with Guests, perform repairs and routine maintenance, restock tickets, and help keep the Midway area clean and inviting. The role requires 18+ years of age and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by answering questions and making recommendations.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games; secure ticket storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Midway games and storage areas.
• Support management and other Team Members to ensure guest satisfaction.
