Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring for a Gaming Support Tech / Midway Tech. You will help deliver an exceptional Guest experience while maintaining and repairing midway games and equipment.

The role requires friendly interaction with Guests and efficient multitasking across game maintenance, ticketing, and merchandise duties. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with requests, stocking and displaying merchandise, and coordinating with Managers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service setting is preferable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality Guest experience with fast, friendly service.
• Greet Guests and assist with questions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Repair and maintain midway games and amusements to ensure readiness.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Assist Guests with requests and recommendations; upsell where appropriate.
• Notify management of any unhappy Guests and take action to resolve issues.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise; conduct regular inventory checks.
• Keep the tech room and storage areas organized and clean.
• Perform scheduled game maintenance safely and efficiently, daily to quarterly.
• Support other Team Members to foster a cooperative, efficient workplace.
