Job summary

Dave & Buster's in the United States seeks a techs role to repair and maintain games, simulators, and equipment while assisting guests and ensuring a fun, safe midway environment.

You will help load tickets, manage merchandise, and perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance as directed by management. Must be 18+, friendly, with possible technical skills and willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of games, simulators, and tech equipment.
• Assist guests and maintain ideal player conditions in midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas; conduct inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Midway games and tech room.
