Job summary

The role requires operating pumps, compressors, and treatment systems, with a focus on reliability, safety, and detailed data collection. A reliable 12-hour shift schedule includes weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of midstream work experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating (day/night) shifts and some weekends/holidays.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to respond to call-outs and overtime as needed.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to interface with teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor plant operation to optimize quality and production of products.
• Install equipment such as pumps, motors, and valves and perform general maintenance when needed.
• Operate cryogenics plant, stabilizer, amine and glycol treatment systems.
• Collect data readings and monitor plant equipment.
• Complete permits and lockout/tagout documentation; participate in tailgate sessions.
• Perform routine shutdowns/startups and emergency procedures.
• Serve as relief operator when needed.
