Targa Resources is seeking an experienced plant operator to monitor and optimize gas processing operations, ensuring product quality and adherence to data specs. You will install pumps, motors, and valves and perform routine maintenance as needed.

The role includes operating cryogenic and treatment systems, collecting data, and handling permits and safety procedures. A valid license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in midstream work.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in variable climates.

Responsabilités

• Review and monitor plant operation for quality and production to meet data specs.
• Install equipment and perform general maintenance of pumps, motors, and valves.
• Operate cryogenics, stabilizer, and amine/glycol treatment systems.
• Collect data readings and monitor plant equipment.
• Complete permits, lockout/tag-out docs, and participate in tailgate sessions.
• Perform routine shutdowns/startups and emergency procedures; act as relief operator.
