Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of midstream experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to call outs.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor plant operation and processes to optimize quality and production, ensuring safe work practices.
• Install equipment such as pumps, motors, and valves and perform general maintenance as needed.
• Operate cryogenics plants, stabilizers, amine and glycol treatment systems.
• Collect data readings and monitor plant equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on compressors and related equipment.
• Complete work permits, lockout/tag-out procedures, and participate in tailgate safety sessions.
• Execute shutdowns/startups and follow emergency procedures as required.
• Serve as relief operator as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
