Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence in Indiana seeks a PSOE Classroom Teacher to deliver direct instruction through curriculum implementation and data-informed planning, while maintaining compliance with individual education plans and legal requirements.

You will collaborate with team leads and specialists, manage classrooms, develop engaging language arts instruction, and communicate regularly with families to support student growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in education.
• Strong organizational management and data disaggregation with ability to manage multiple tasks and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction in whole-class, small group, and individual settings.
• Utilizes data-driven instruction and PSOE educational frameworks to insure delivery of standards-driven instruction to all students.
• Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students, staff, and families within appropriate timelines.
• Maintains compliance with FERPA and FAPE and other related regulations.
