Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence seeks a PSOE Classroom Teacher to deliver direct instruction and implement curriculum in our Indiana program. You will plan lessons, analyze data, and manage classroom behavior to meet diverse student needs.

You will ensure alignment with IEP/504 plans, maintain documentation, communicate with families, and collaborate with specialists to support student growth and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in education.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction in whole-class, small group, and individual settings.
• Uses data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks to deliver standards-driven instruction.
• Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students and families.
• Collaborates with team lead, Elite Teachers, Special Education staff, and counselors as needed.
• Ensures implementation of BIP’s, FBA’s, IEP’s and 504 plans in classroom.
• Keeps regular family communication and documents reporting.
• Maintains cumulative folders as ongoing case files for current students.
• Serves on school/community committees and supports school operations.
• Follows PSOE frameworks and maintains professional classroom communication.
• Manages workload efficiently and uses systems to track progress.
