Paramount Schools of Excellence, Inc. - Girls IN STEM Academy is seeking a PSOE Classroom Teacher responsible for direct instruction, curriculum implementation, data analysis, and classroom management.

The role requires Indiana teaching credentials, a bachelor’s in education, and strong communication with families and staff. The teacher will support students with diverse needs and work within PSOE frameworks and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in education field.
• Strong organizational and data disaggregation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Annual training and professional development required for all PSOE employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction in whole-class, small group, and individual settings.
• Use data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks to deliver standards-based instruction.
• Complete assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students and families.
• Ensure compliance with IEPs, 504 plans, BIP’s, and FBA’s.
• Develop family communication and community partnerships.
• Maintain cumulative folders and reporting.
• Collaborate with team lead, Elite Teachers, and special education staff as needed.
• Participate in school committees and school operations.
