Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of education.
• Commitment to quality programs and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strategic objectives.
• Annual training and professional development required for all PSOE employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction in whole-class, small group, and individual settings.
• Uses data-driven instruction to ensure standards-based delivery.
• Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students and families.
• Ensures compliance with IEPs and 504 plans and related processes.
• Maintains regular family communication and partnerships.
• Contributes to a strong school education team and school operations.
