Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence (PSOE) in Indiana is seeking a dedicated middle school math teacher to deliver direct instruction for grades 6-8, implement curricula, and support students through data-guided planning.

You will maintain compliance with IEPs and 504 plans, collaborate with team leads, specialists, and families, and contribute to a strong schooling community while applying best practices in FERPA and FAPE law.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana teaching license or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in education.
• Experience delivering K-12 math and implementing IEP/504 plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct instruction and implement curriculum.
• Plan lessons and disaggregate data to inform instruction.
• Maintain compliance with IEPs, 504 plans, FERPA and FAPE.
• Manage classroom and behavior; engage families and community.
• Collaborate with team leads and specialists for student support.
• Document and report progress according to school frameworks.
